Donations
The Piatt County Animal Shelter (PCAS) is a 501c3 Not for Profit no-kill shelter, operating on donations to help educate the public about animal welfare issues and find homes for animals in need. The Piatt County Animal Shelter runs completely from donations and help from volunteers. Monetary donations can be made online or by check. We also accept supply donations.
