Adoption Process

At the Piatt County Animal Shelter, animals are always our top priority. Many of the pets in our care arrive as homeless county strays and may have never known the comfort of a loving home. While they wait for their second chance, we provide compassionate care that supports both their physical and emotional well-being.

The first step in adopting from PCAS is to complete an Adoption Application. Once approved, we will contact you to schedule a meet and greet for you and the animal(s) you are interested in adopting.
