The Piatt County Animal Shelter will be handing out Ghoulishly Great Treats for all the little Ghouls and Goblins in the area on Halloween night.  Come grab some goodies at 301A South Charter St. in Monticello from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.  We will be creeping about our parking lot with candy for our Animal Loving Trick-or-Treaters!   See you there if you dare!!!
